Biography :
Rock, electro, indus and French lyrics are the ingredients you will find in Sidilarsen’s songs. Inspired by some of the most important bands from the rock/electro realm like Prodigy, NIN, Rammstein or Noir Désir (France) Sidilarsen develops an innovative rock sound as well as a ’dance floor’ efficiency. Lyrics range from deep, intimate feeling to sharp, dark, coarse mood or sophisticated and at times committed tone. Sidilarsen’s alchemy stirs and moves our sensitive human beings souls to the deepest level. The band has been touring for 10 years now, issued 2 demos, a mini EP, 2 albums and have played more than 300 concerts around France , Switzerland, Belgium and Romania. Sidilarsen is now followed by faithful crowds which sustain an increasing fame. While onstage the band delivers an emotion and a lively energy which literally contaminate the audience. Sidilarsen musical mixing spreads inevitably. “Une nuit pour sept jours” their new album is due on October, 13th, 2008 (Hymn Music / New Track / Anticraft) in France and then simultaneously in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and Japan. The band will be back on the European roads for their new tour this fall in October.

Avec plus de 10 ans de route, un mini EP, 2 albums et plus de 400 concerts en France, Suisse, Belgique et Roumanie, Sidilarsen s’est forgé un public fidèle. La renommée ne cesse de croître, l’émotion et l’énergie dancefloor du groupe contaminent tous les publics. Le métissage musical de Sidilarsen se propage inéluctablement. Aujourd’hui, le groupe a grandi et son nouvel album « Une nuit pour sept jours » nous emmène vers des esthétiques plus mélodiques où la force émotionnelle des chants illumine une musique riche en nuances, granuleuse, énergisante, parfois sombre, puissante ou épurée. Cet album fait désormais de Sidilarsen un groupe de rock français incontournable. « Une nuit pour sept jours » est sorti en France le 13 octobre 2008 chez Hymn Music / New Track / Anticraft, et en Suisse chez Rockseed Records. Il paraitra en Allemagne à l’automne 2009 chez Spectre/Universal. En attendant Sidilarsen défend son album avec une tournée hexagonale massive intitulée « reTOURner la France » !
